My best sales experience....twice!!

onBought a used Forester in 2011 from Barry Dean in sales. He listened to my wants and needs and put me in the right vehicle without unwanted sales pitches.
Four years later I was ready to trade a Ford truck for a new Subaru Outback. I walked in the showroom door and Barry was there. He said " I know you. You bought a 2010 Forester in Seafoam green. " Now remembering customers is a great gift and it really has an impact on trust. Barry showed me a model that had the features I wanted without pushing me toward higher priced models with features I didn't need or want.
In both cases, the process was smooth and relatively stress free.
