onBrought my vehicle in to service the AC that wasn’t blowing cold. They began the repair and then I received a phone call to tell me there was an incident and my car had to be sent to the body shop, this was 2 days after it was there. They were not able to tell me what actually occurred. After 4 weeks, I finally got the call that my car was ready. Although they took care of all the body work, they did not replace the back panel that was damaged and can see a small dent where the panel meets the bumper. I still do not know what actually happened to my vehicle. After reading the report of everything that was changed/repaired, it seems as though something major may have occurred. The AC was repaired.
