Dealership Service Review
service Rating
Inconsistency at its best

onAfter calling in and providing Gerry Lane with my VIN because they have worked with my truck before AND it's monitored by OnStar I was told if the service I was bringing it in for matched what we discussed it was covered and there was no fee. I brought it in and they did confirm it matched what I told them on the phone but it was not covered after all. So, I had to pay a diagnostic fee a second time. I was told that the service expired at 120k miles and the person I spoke to should have told me that, but probably didn't know my truck had more miles on it and I countered I'm not sure how he would not know that as we started off by opening my vehicle history. They record your mileage each time you bring it in. Anyway. I will not be going back. I do not appreciate having to pay for a diagnostic twice for a known issue. Not ok.
