onA service representative named Matt is very dismissive and does not see to it that the service is top tier. I paid for a "works" package only to find out the very next day that my truck was low on coolant. That should have been taken care of with the car maintenance. His response was that should not have happened, but its fixed now. I also made an appointment for an electrical issue, only to be told by Matt that there was no time for that issue when I arrived for my appointment. I was offered a pick up by Jason, but charged $165 for the diagnostic. The issue with my horn would have costed me $707. I will not return, as I was treated poorly each time I tried to get what I needed for my truck.
