I've always appreciated the friendly, honest, straightforward atmosphere at Donovan. The staff treats me with respect and I never feel like I'm a pawn in a game like I have at some other dealerships. They are always there to help and advise, but I never feel pressured. I have to also add that I appreciate the low-key character of their TV commercials... no loud, shouting spokesmen or misleading claims or flashing banners.
