Collision repair shop

Green Buick GMC Collision Repair shop scheduled repairs for customers while they were being bought out by Caliber Collision. My vehicle was scheduled to be repaired by Green Buick GMC Collision repair shop just to be canceled by Caliber the day of the scheduled repair. after months of waiting! My insurance had already issued a check to Green Buick GMC Collision repair shop for repairs to be made. Check was cashed by Green Buick GMC and repairs were canceled! Repairs were never done. Caliber also informed me that they were not working with my insurance and other insurers. When it had already been approved by Green Buick GMC collision repair shop. (Check was already cashed!) My insurance had to go after them to pay back the money. Green Buick GMC and Caliber Collision Put me at a big inconvenience. Green Buick GMC shouldn’t have scheduled repairs with customers. They should of also informed customers of the buyout and transition process and a lengthy wait to get repairs done ahead of time. That way customers could have made their own decision as to wait or “not” for repairs to be done on their vehicle. I had to search for a new collision repair shop, get a new quote and wait some more for repairs to be done on my vehicle. My car is now being repaired by another collision repair shop! No thank’s to Green Buick GMC and Caliber. No I would not recommend these shops!

Sandra, I understand this was a very frustrating transition for you. We certainly should have done a better job getting your vehicle repaired and handed off to Caliber. Unfortunately, now that Caliber is in control there isn't anything else we can do to fix this unfortunate situation. Thank you for the feedback. Sincerely, Chad Dresing Owner
