onMy 2008 Buick Lucerne, that I have had serviced by Green Buick for many years has been providing me with intermittent sluggishness in the drive train area of the vehicle. I called Paul Cheek of the Green Service Dept with whom I have worked for sometime, and told him I was planning on driving out of town and wanted him to check it for me. Not only did Paul check it, but he had two other professionals test drive it as well, and reported that none of them experienced any hint of difficulty. Though they didn't find anything of consequence, they responded to my concern on a timely basis and didn't charge me a thing for the checkout. Whether my concerns are serious or sometimes minor, Paul Cheek is always ready to give me his best evaluation, and recruit other specialists to address my driving concerns.
