Honda Of Fishers

This was our 1st stop of many planned stops to shop for a used car. The fact that we had a lot of shopping to do at other dealerships was disclosed many times to HOF staff. We found a great deal & as any smart shopper should do, we wanted to compare it to a couple other choices we wanted to look at later in the day. We were told we could put a $100.00 hold on the car & decided that was the way to go. When we attempted to do that, Larry Lucas, the Sales Manager, told us that we could not do that. Not only was their offer not honored, but the reason it was not honored is because we were being smart shoppers & going to look at other dealerships/cars. That is verbatim what we were told, "because you are continuing to shop at other dealerships, we cannot hold the car for you". I cannot understand how anyone would consider this a smart or ethical business practice.
