Terrible Customer Service

I purchased a brand new 2015 Ram 1500 in July. Love the truck and all its features, Ram is a great brand. I got an extended warranty because you never know what can go wrong with all the electronics and I also purchased their clear coat to protect the paint. After getting my truck back from having the clear coat and accessories put on there were a few spots that I noticed on the hood that could not be wiped off. The spots were under the fresh clear coat Uftring did. The sales manager promised to get it taken care of. After scheduling an appointment and dropping my truck off I was told it would be a few days. Stopped in to pick it up when they called and noticed the spots were still there. The sales manager again apologized and said they would get it taken care of. The next day, a Friday, they inform me that it might be done Monday but they were not for sure. When I got my truck back it now had a spot on the hood that was sanded down to the primer. Then I scheduled an appointment for the following Monday that was 10 days away. I was told the truck would be going to their body shop and the hood and roof of the cab would be completely repainted. They told me it would take 2-3 days when I dropped it off Monday morning. On Thursday I still had no contact from them. Stop in to ask them and am informed that it should be done tomorrow, Friday. Time kept getting pushed back and was finally told it was detailed and ready at 5:30 PM. Go to pick it up and it wasn't cleaned very good at all. The repainted roof was went an I had to dry it off before I could even inspect the paint. I when looking over the paint and I noticed multiple paint defects that were from the new paint job. The GM Steve agreed that there were defects and offered to send it back to their body shop that said it was good. After mentioning I was going to go to another dealership the GM said okay and hurried inside. He did nothing more to correct the problem. I have had the truck about 2 months and 2 weeks of it Uftring has had my truck. This will be the last time I purchase a vehicle from this dealership.
