This dealership experience was amazing. The wonderful customer service starts with your 1st interaction with their online management team Sam and especially Trisha. I called so many times with many questions and Trisha did not hesitate to put my mind ease and encourage me to keep calling and asking. She went so far as to meet me when i arrived for my test drive and introduce me to the salesman she recommended for my search. Now- the salesman. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Djamal Oucif. His experience and knowledge on my Nissan shined through his face mask. He is so personable and made me genuinely feel like i was getting the "friends and family" treatment. He explained what to expect on every step on the process and made sure I never felt overwhelmed or unsure. He brought a sense of expertise to the table that gave me confidence in the vehicle and dealership. I will be sending anyone that will listen, over to see Djamal for their car buying journey.
