Newbold Toyota

Went into the dealership with a printout of the vehicle I wanted and a price quote. Not rocket science to get the sale especially since we told them we were buying a truck that day. It was a price quote from another Toyota dealer and they said they'd honor it. 3.5 hours into the waiting game there was no answer on the credit application and we weren't any closer to sealing the deal. With two hungry kids anxious to go after 3.5 hours we told the sales manager we had errands to run and to call us when they were ready to sign the papers. That's when things went from really bad to the worst possible. The sales manager raised his voice at us in front of everyone in the dealership saying he wanted assurances we were going to buy the vehicle before proceeding. I thought it was clear when we came in already having picked out a vehicle and told them we were ready to buy. Never in my life have I seen such an unprofessional action from a manager. After 3.5 hours waiting around with no results he should understand if people are hungry and have a life to live. That wasn't my first bad experience at Newbold. The first vehicle I purchased I asked the salesman if it had stability control. He said he'd check and came back and assured me it did. He lied. When we purchased our second vehicle the finance department had pre-filled out paperwork with tons of add ons. We told them upfront no extra warranties or other garbage yet they still tried to slip one by us. Newbold could have had an easy sale. However, after 3.5 hours of waiting and then being yelled at by a manager in front of the entire showroom they've lost this customer for life.
