I was in the market for 2017 Land rover Evoque SE Premium. After searching around for a few days I was contacted by Ron (internet sales Consultant) from Land Rover Northfield. He confirmed that they have a car in stock which meets my requirements (stock#17003) and e-mail me price quote for (44,195). This was few thousand lower than what I have seen anywhere in the state, just to be on the safe side I called and had him and a sales person (Alex) confirm car is there with options we are looking for before I drive over an hour away to get the car, once we got there and looked at the car it was SE not SE premium (less options in this model). At this point Alex sincerely apologized as he had no idea of the price and model listed for this car on the website, we were still willing to buy the car we wanted and wait for the car but Kyle (Finance manager) wouldnt even take 2K off the cars MSRP 50K to make the deal. Not sure if he was just trying to get out as it was closing time on the Saturday or just didnt give a crap but this is not the experience I would expect from a Land Rover dealer.
