Ballard was the best automobile salesman I have dealt with over a 30-year period. From being accommodating on our first visit, to answering any and all questions, to even bringing a vehicle to our house to make a follow-up test drive more convenient. We ultimately chose another vehicle, but I expect to visit again soon as we replace our other car and the fit with another Land Rover model should be better.
