Land Rover Northfield

Truly impressed with the service at Land Rover Northfield. Ballard sold me the car over a year ago, and customer service did not stop when I drove it off the lot. He schedules the service for me and goes above and beyond by picking up my car and bringing me a loaner. I will always buy from Ballard. Anthony, in the service department, took outstanding care of my Rover when it was in last week. I had a list of items that needed to be addressed and he saw to it that ever item on my list was attended to. He even touched up the paint on my hood, small scratch from a car wash. He found the scratch and made my car flawless again! I will only use Land Rover Northfield for service. I know my car is safe with them and the work will be done right the first time. There are two Land Rover dealerships closer to my home. I chose Land Rover of Northfield because they go above and beyond, every time.
