I purchased a 2012 Q5 off lease, and had an excellent experience. I have bought or leased well over a dozen vehicles, and this was probably the best experience I had with a dealership. The price was very fair and competitive, atmosphere and courtesy were exemplary, and most importantly to me, the process was efficient and convenient.
