Walked in late on a week night a half hour before closing. Staff was very low key and not high pressured at all. I met Oren and asked for a Ridgeline test drive. He happily obliged even though it was late. Upon return we sat down and I presented a firm quote from another dealer which they were able to meet so I made a deposit right then and picked up the vehicle the next day. My wife and I were very pleased with our experience dealing with Oren in Sales and Suzanne in Finance and we are very happy with our new ride. No hassles, no fuss, just great customer service.
