I started working with Rick Mendoza about 2 weeks ago about possibly buying a 2019 Highlander. I was referred to Rick through my boyfriend who had purchased a TDR Forerunner within the last year. Rick was detailed, thorough, and no-nonsense. He wasn't pushy but his final price on the car was fair and competitive as I did check with other dealerships on the same model via www.truecar.com. I was driving out of the dealership on a Saturday in less than 2 hours with my new car after having negotiated the price and securing financing prior to going in personally.
