Wilkins Mazda

I started with a few other dealerships first Honda and Ford on Grand. Honda was super pressure and buy buy buy and would not budge on price. And Ford took 2.5 days to give me a price on my trade in. also their policy is you cant drive by yourself and half to have a person with you which is to much for me. I was really satisfied with Mazda I had Jim as a Salesman and he was ready for me to test drive everything on the lot. most importantly by myself. He immediately asked what I wanted in the car I told him. I test drove 2 cars and he was lining up more. Everything was very good. I didn't like that it took 3 hours to get paperwork in order or that after we settled on a price they throw 3 warranties at you that you basically need due to the Mazda having only 35K/3yr and 65k/5yr on the regular warranty. so you basically have to extend. which brings you an extra 2k if you want the extra warranty. I was very satisfied it was low pressure and a good experience.
