Lowe Toyota of Warner Robins

My wife was in the market for a newer vehicle and we knew that it was going to be a Highlander or a Venza. I stopped by on a Saturday and it took a sales person 10 min before he even walked in my direction, the salesmanager had to get things moving. I test drove the vehicle the following friday and made arrangement for my wife to come and sign the papers for a 09 Venza. The salesman wa so lost to the points of how the car buying process work that he had no clue of what was going on. It got to a point where I gave the salesman a choice get the paperwork to Robins Federal or I want my money back. After Robins FCU received the sales order I was told that the Venza would be ready between 3 and 4 pm. I arrived at 4 to give them some time, never mind the fact that my wife was at Lowes Superstore on Russell at 9 am that Monday morning. The car wasn't ready, my salesman was nowhere to be found and the floor manger kept stalling. The storemanger gave me a song and dance that they keep their car clean and they clean them again before we sale them. Guess what the car was dirty when I looked at it and it was halfway wash when I took delivery. Its been a week since I took delivery of the Venza for my wife. I still have not received a customery phone call or email response on thanking me on my new purchase. After hearing stories from a cowork who took two of his vehicles for detailing and they where damage and Lowes only wanted to repair one of them. To add insult to injury they repaired his truck fender with doublesided tape. I may just go to Butler Toyota for service because Lowes Toyota still have customer service issues. i guess when you are car company in a miltary town they feel that you can take it or leave it.
