A nightmare experience.

My wife went to this dealership to replace a wrong key that was given with a brand new car. You would expect they will try to give her the best experience after such a misfortune. Exactly the opposite happened. She clearly stated, that she had to leave at a certain time and was reassured that she would be out of the service center on time. Later she was told that it would take longer than expected but she should still not worry about leaving on time. The new key was still not made after 2 hours waiting! No explanation or finish time was given, just the apologies for the delay. My wife demanded the car back even without the key, since she had to leave to pick her daughter from school. Her request was ignored and both the serviceman and general manager decide to hide inside the service area. After all the key was made, but guess what? It does not work properly. The remote start function does not work. However, we are not going back to this place. This is a disgrace to Infiniti trademark.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback regarding your wife’s experience. I am sorry this has been a frustrating experience. Unfortunately, the 2nd key that needed to be programmed wasn’t just a simple program that takes 30 minutes. It required us to reset the entire system which can take several hours. Once we realized this we offered your wife a loaner vehicle until the reset finished which was not a satisfactory option for her.
