Horrible Experience

I went to the service department and it was a horrible experience. I want my money back! I went 3 times and they didn’t resolve the matter after 3 tries so I pulled my vehicle, took it to another auto repair shop, and it was fixed immediately. Terry Cullen Southlake just kept coming up with more work that they claimed that needed to be done, when they couldn’t resolve the problem, which was not needed!!!

UPDATE: Edmunds won't let me remove my previous review. I want to make an update to my review because Terry Cullen reached out to me and made things right. The Service Manager Lee Powell and Drew Cullen reviewed my case and I am grateful that they cared about my experience. My Mom is happy, and that makes me happy. Thank you Drew @TerryCullen
