2019 Malibu from Terry Cullen hands down worst car ever.

onThe car I purchased for my wife has been a documented PROBLEM since I purchased it. In the process of fixing a manufacturer defect, after having my car 7 months Terry Cullen dealership broke my glove box . Then rigged it up so that it was extremely loose but would close . After my oil change on 1/19/2023 . The glove box is completely broken. I’ve mentioned it when I’ve brought it to the shop but it has never been serviced. They don’t ever have time to get to it . They do however have plenty of time to up sale me ….. go figure. That’s my entire Terry Cullen Chevrolet experience in a nut shell . This is the first and last Chevy I will ever own .

Hi Avery - I am very sorry about the issues you are experiencing including your glove box. When you are in for an oil change, our lube technicians are not qualified to diagnose and repair vehicles... in your case, we need to get your vehicle in to the repair shop.
