Inconsistent Service

onI brought my BMW in for a route oil change on Friday. I get free oil changes as per my contract with my purchase. I was told the technician used 2 tools to get the oil filter/drain plug pulled out and was not successful. They proceeded to tell me I would need to take it to BMW or they can break it at my expense. I declined both options and advised they performed the last oil change and my car was already low on oil, why should I need to take my car to a place that will charge me for an oil change when I get 10 free oil changes. I asked for a manager and the service rep informed me her manager would take care of it. I get my car and they say everything was good. I take it home and park it, the next morning I wake up with a puddle of oil in my drive way. I reported the issue and they were kind enough to send a tow truck and provide me with a loaner vehicle. I was thankful for the resolve but was inconvenienced by this hiccup.
