Superior Experience

onOur overall experience of exploring options and purchasing a GLC 300 from David Wang at RBM of Alpharetta was superior. Upon meeting us as parents of his existing customers, David immediately focused on getting to know us and our car preferences. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered the many questions we had with the expertise of a seasoned salesman. David encouraged us to drive several different models to be certain that we were selecting the best car for our life and driving circumstances. He patiently responded to detailed questions about other features we wanted, such as the active lane keeping assist and attention assist. If he didn’t know the answer to one of our questions, he took the time to find it. With his expert guidance, the car we chose was not the one we initially thought we wanted.
David searched other dealerships for a possible match for a vehicle meeting our desires: he found one! But the particular dealer was unresponsive even after repeated email and phone calls. So, we negotiated the purchase via building the GLC 300 that we desired and having it shipped from Germany. David expedited the ordering and pricing process expertly.
The car was manufactured and shipped from Germany, fortunately, before the 2020 coronavirus-related shutdowns. As a further service in the face of that crisis, David delivered our GLC 300 to us here in Asheville, bringing with him all paperwork for us to sign and accepting our check. The entire process of obtaining our newly built car in less than three months’ time was stress free and enjoyable thanks to David Wang.
