onAt time of purchase we had a question as to amount charged for tag and registration. I told the rep I could do that on my own to eliminate the charge but he replied that according to him most people forget to have this done. I told him that I would not forget and I would have gone directly to Motor Vehicle at a substantially lower price. He told me no since most of the people he comes in contact with at the dealer are untruthful about doing this process since he felt they were lacking character . I then stated to him that he was basically including me within this group of low life's. He smiled at me and said "what can I tell you". He lead to believe that I was one of those low life's buying a $45000 car. Never again. Your service department personnel are lacking knowledge as to what the current software updates are correcting in the car and are usually wrong. They don't offer much confidence in your service experience.
