onMy wife and I bought a 2012 certified pre-owned sonata from Universal Hyundai which at the time had a clean vehicle history report. Two months later we took the car to a different Hyundai dealer for service and they informed us that the car had been in a collision. I checked the vehicle history report and sure enough it had been in an accident 3 months before we bought it. I called Universal Hyundai and explained the situation and they said to come in and they would fix it. Chris Keller the GM took care of us personally and made sure that we were happy. They bought the car back from us for exactly what we paid for it and we put that towards a brand new car and they gave us a great deal. We are very happy with Universal Hyundai. I highly recommend buying from them. Thank you Chris Keller and Chris Arner for taking care us.
