Unmatched and honest, reliable service A+++++

onWe bought a 2021 RAV4 from private party in 2022 with a previous accident. Almost 2 years later all the warning lights came on and the wipers stopped working. Miguel Pintado the assistant service manager and his team had to dissemble the steering wheel and much of the car to diagnose the issue. They found it was faulty wiring with JB weld from prior repairs that came apart. They properly fixed head lights and other stuff as well for pure customer satisfaction!!!
I have always believed dealers were ripoffs and over charged. The total bill was 535.00.
We were expecting way more for the amount of time they had to put in for diagnostic testing. It was two days of diagnostic testing. I even gave Miguel a hard time with me being a skeptic on auto dealerships. He listened and reassured me, we were in good hands. He was straight forward, honest and very patient with us. He really cares about his customers and in doing the right thing to earn and maintain customer loyalty.
We will definitely use and recommend him and his service team at Toyota of North Miami.
