Ted does a great job

onTed takes time to communicate with customer and give updates as the day goes along. He is easy to talk to and answers questions timely. He made the process seamless. I did not need a loaner for this particular service but I think it should be more widely available for new car owners while vehicle is under warranty. This is from the ownership of Mercedes of Jacksonville and OP. Other dealers in other cities honor loaners to customers which would be a highlight for luxury vehicle owners.
