onThank you Andy Trowbridge for your total understanding and assistance. I spend my time driving back and forth between NY and Florida. However I finally sold my home in NY and was driving to Florida for the final time. I spoke to NY Mercedes for an appointment to have the 50k A3 service done before I left NY but the could not do it because of overwhelming appointments for an airbag recall. I called Orange Park and spoke to Andy Trowbridge and explained my situation and advised that my 2017 E300 would have 51,100 miles by the time I drove the 1060 miles to Florida arriving late Saturday night May 15. He listened and responded and stated that I was part of his Mercedes family and set up appointment to do my A3 service on Monday at 8:30 a.m. he said 2 hours and it was 2 hours to complete service! Mercedes has an employee who is exemplary in making, keeping, and assisting customers. You should be very proud to employ Andy Trowbridge.
