Battery "good" then died in a few hours

The vehicle was supposed to be inspected and recommendations provided for maintaining the vehicle. They tried to up-sell a bunch of nonsense, meanwhile they marked the battery as "good" and the battery subsequently died a few hours later, leaving my husband stranded. I now suspect that they didn't do an inspection and find their inspection results unreliable. This is not what I expect from "chevrolet certified maintenance".
