The staff is friendly, polite and courteous. I never have a complaint. The wait time is based on how busy they are and they give an approximate time when the car will be ready. Thank you for caring. The toyota service for the vehicle says I should have a complete fluid change at 90k miles which is what my vehicle had. So I receved an incomplete fluid change, and I dont beleive for one minute that I am good for another 90k miles with this service when I had paid for and requested a full fluid change.
