Over 2 months to release me tag I transferred
Written by 01/05/2017
onThe entire process was great. I went. Bought a car. Deal didn't go trough. Returned the car the following week. I had a transferred my personal tag to the Sonata. I was told the tag would be released the following week. I left. Went out and bought another vehicle from another car lot. After leaving several messages for the finance manager and never receiving a phone call in return I finally got a hold on by calling yet again. It took a few days before I was able to get any help at all. I had to personally go by the dealership so that it would get taken care of. I am now still waiting on my tag to be released by the state so that I can have the title work done on my vehicle. Now Hyundai is costing me money because I can not work because I can not drive my vehicle because the tag is out of date and expired. Thanks! Will not recommend this lot to anyone.
