onI spoke to Steve prior to going about a mailer promotion for trading in your car prior to coming in.
I told him over the phone I had no interest in leasing.
They offered me $19500 on a loaded 2011 G37 that I bought a year prior, pre-owned for $31200.00.
This same car, by the way, they are selling at their dealership online for over $27,000.00
Yes, almost $12,000 less for a car that was purchased below market value only 15 months prior at another Infiniti dealership.
"Coincidentally", it was just a little over the payoff that I owe on the vehicle.
Since I purchased my current vehicle in March 2012 at Sawgrass, my credit had gone up almost 40 points and the finance deal they offered was exactly the same as I got at Sawgrass.
Even if you make a deal with them, go to Sawgrass before signing and beware of any marketing Gimmicks they send you.
At the end, they told me the advertisement they sent for my car was really for leasing programs, but apparently, Steve, one of the managers, was not willing to tell this to me before I wasted my time.

We are always concerned when a customer is displeased with any of our services. It must be noted that although a request to buy back a vehicle is made to may customers, some do not qualify. Each vehicle and particular situation must be evaluated individually. Although this was a situation that could not be turned into a successful new deal, many happy customers were created under the same circomstances.
