I was putting off buying a new car because I didn't want to deal with the high-pressure sales tactics and the negotiating game. I hate when sales people treat me like I'm stupid. The staff here was great. The price advertised online and on the window was the price I received. It was considerably below MSRP so I felt I got a fair price. They didn't pressure me with the extras; extended warranties, service plans, etc. They told me what was available and I decided if I wanted them or not. If I said no they said OK.
