Promises not kept-WHY?
Written by 01/21/2010
onI started out liking them. I noticed one small defect in the used car I wanted from them. The RH rear sliding door would not close using the button. I pointed it out the first night during my test drive. I was promised by Eric Clark the salesman that he woud have it taken care of. I signed the paperwork and drove off. When It came time for service I called Eric and he gave the phone number of a Dodge company store to have the work done. I called and scheduled the appointment. When I showed up the Dodge dealer had no record. I asked them to call Eric. They did and he denied the coverage. The Dodge service writer went to her boss. He called the Kia dealer ship. Again they denied the service. All this after I called the salesman, he gives me the phone number to call for service and I drive over 160 for the service. Why not stiff me on the servie right away. Why let me drive over 160 and waste my gas and time and then have someone else tell me NO.
Yes, I know I should have gotten the service work order in writing but when they have a sticker on the window that you get service for 30 days, you report it on day one. Maybe something else will show up so you wait to schedule the service toward the end of the 30 days. Also as I said I started out liking them. I should have known better and I am just trying to alert others. Probably a 30 minute adjustment on the door and now I am telling everyone I can about them. Do you blame me?

You can't count on them to tell the truth.
They are very dishonest and lack integrity.
