they apparently can't figure out if your engine is about to fail

onIf I could give zero stars for their service department, I would. Took my car in after it failed and left me stranded. They said if I paid $1029 that my car would be good to go. Spent the next week with my car in the shop, and every day they gave me a different reason my car was having the exact same problem. After over a week, they finally figure out that it was really that my timing belt was at failure point (which, coincidentally, there's a class action against VW for), and their best advice is for me to "trade it in." They refused to give me a refund for money spent on useless labor. Apparently, this service department is incapable of figuring out your engine is about to fail until AFTER you spend a small fortune throwing other parts at it. On top of apparently being incompetent, they're rude. Save yourself some money and take it literally anywhere else.
