- don't provide requested info or will provide half the information you need - will then ask you to make a buying decision - you will ask for missing information - and guess what (see below)
- don't respond to requests in timely manner or ignore them
- high pressure old school car dealership sales tactics
- aren't aware of offers being advertised on a national level. In fact claimed to be providing quotes based on national ad, but in fact were not.
- once they get your info don't know when to stop calling
- generally speaking unprofessional
This was my first buying experience with Infiniti and the experience was brutal (see Devan Infiniti review). I have purchased Honda's and Mazda's, but this experience was something else.
