New Country MINI

My first experience with New Country Mini in Hartford CT was in November 2011. Right from the beginning they were great. Before deciding on my first Mini I got the chance to browse the showroom and lot, PRESSURE FREE. Never once did I feel intimidated or pushed into anything by any of the staff. They were great, courteous and knowledgeable. My Mini of choice was ready as promised. Overall my entire purchase was the smoothest I've experienced. New Country Mini is great to their customers; always inviting them back for different events (ie. Mini rides, service clinics etc...). That alone makes the customer feel they matter and that this dealer is not just out for the quick sale and your money. Their service division is the best I have ever experienced. Marissa, Service Concierge rocks it!! She knows her stuff, is extremely pleasant, and has always been any of my many questions. It is a great feeling to know that not only did I finally purchase my first Mini but new Country is still there for me if I need anything.
