onThe other day I went to test drive a vehicle that had taken weeks to become available. Upon entering the dealership there was nobody around to help. I located the manager who asked me "to wait a minute" so he could finish some paperwork. It was the most sterile environment I'd ever experienced - having test driven 5 cars in the last few weeks that says something. The sales associate was actually worse! He could not have been less interested in helping me. Who trains these people on customer service? No friendly smile. No questions of interest in getting to know you - the CUSTOMER! They made no compelling reasons to even buy a car from them versus another Mini dealer when I asked. The only item they could list was "we have a good service department". He was so arrogant and totally unfriendly that I would willingly spend $1,000 more at another Mini dealer just if they sincerely said "hello". Bad vibe here! Stay away!
