Terrible experiance as first time FORD customer

Very very disappointed and dissatisfied how a new customer can be treated and since all issues were not due to me changing my mind, being patient waiting 20 plus months. Very frustrated the dealership did “nothing” to help or talk to FORD corporate opposed to saying my issue is with FORD. I am a new customer, a shareholder and x-plan partner , this is really a terrible experience and major issue with customer service and poor business practice, clearly the customer is not a priority. 1. 12/27/2021 Initial order Maverick – DORA # D046 as X-plan partner (PIN: P-49-047-07 ) , – email odr confirmed by Ford , was not requested to sign PO and no deposit by dealership 2. 9/16/2022 reorder DORA #D038 – new model yr, original color not avail., – email confirm 3. Rye NY Ford dealership closed, notified order xfer to Colonial Ford Westchester – no call from new dealership 4. 6/19/2023 (18 mns later) call from different dealership (Pat Onorata) – Colonial Ford Danbury CT, my vehicle is delivered BUT I told them it was the wrong color (RED) , should be carbonized grey as note by order D038 i. No explanation of mix up, told car being built, BUT it has an additional option – 360 video (not order by me), told cannot change order 5. 6/27/2023 – I asked about price protection given it was ordered in 2021, told none since there was no signed PO and no deposit when order was place. a. Provided new PIN (P-54-411-18) for x-plan and deposit $500 6. 6/29/2023 – opened case with FORD Marketing center – CAS43688820 – informs me of I qualify for “transition program” based on VIN (3FTTW8F9XPRA6268), but need to work with dealership a. Talk to dealership, they say no additional discount aside from x-plan price based on vehicle model year opposed to when order. Does not qualify for “transition pgm” since no signed PO and no depot when order placed. b. Spoke to Sales manager (Vincent Pelliteri,) told me same situation, I asked for area manager, he said no longer exists, call customer support. c. I already asked the FORD marketing center rep for area manager, they said do not have a contact person/number, there are too many, ask dealer) 7. Dealer sends email, take delivery by 8/15 otherwise they will cancel order and refund latest deposit. 8. Only good job was the delivery but getting to that point was a nightmare, plus I did not get the original color (discontinued in next model yr) plus I paid much more than the price I ordered it for 20 months prior.
