Terrible experience

Terrible experience trying to get my car repaired. First, I could not get anyone from service to return my calls. That was needed because the Auto Nation recall notice I received said it was important to talk to service to make sure parts were available. After 3 attempts, I had to call the dealerships General Manager. He scheduled me a service date - the next Tuesday. Took my car in for 3 matters: 1) routine oil change and rotate tires, 2) my auto restart warning light was on, and 3) the recall notice. FOUR days later, on Saturday, they call that it is ready. When I get my Jeep back, the oil was changed and tires rotated, but the other two issues were not resolved. The auto restart warning light was still on. The assistant service manager told me they checked the auto start battery and it was good, just needed recharging and the light would go off once driven. Three months later and the warning light is still on. Been told by another dealer it needs to be turned off. Was then told the recall could not be done because they did not have the parts. They never told me that in the FOUR days they had the car, not until I came in to pick my Jeep up. I had received mailings from Auto Nation that I should schedule a service appointment for the recall and told the service department that was the main reason for the appointment, but they never said they did not have parts availability. I had to go without my car for FOUR days to learn that. I was told they would contact me when the parts were available. Three months later, still no contact that parts for the recall are available. So I was without my car for FOUR days so the service department could change the oil and rotate the tires, not get a service light turned off properly and to tell me they have no parts for a recall Auto Nation keeps on encouraging me to get completed. Totally incompetent!
