This was my first time going to a car dealership and was nervous about the process. I was expecting the salesman to be come creepy shyster. I am happy that neither of these attributes applied to the salesman that helped me, Alex. Throughout the process he was transparent about everything, friendly, helpful, and an overall great guy. Alex made a process that I was expecting to be stressful quite the opposite. He also has a great sense of humor and loves to crack a joke, which helped take the edge off. He also taught me how to parallel park and he spent an hour with me and never once rushed this. To me, this was him going above and beyond. He did not have to do this for me but I am very grateful that he did. I can't say enough good things about Alex. If you go to this dealership ask for him and you will not regret it! Everybody else that was part of the process in me leasing my Jetta was also amazing. They were extremely kind and thorough in explaining everything. I am on a budget and they were willing to work with me and get me a car that I could afford. This was my first Volkwagen and I must say that the company makes a quality car. I loved the Jetta from the moment I saw it. The car is beautiful on the inside and out. The car also drives very comfortably. The car also has all of the technology that you need to hook up your phone, mp3 player, or any other gadgets that you have. Overall, I am pleased with everything about this dealership and I highly recommend that you check them out if you are in the market for a car.
