Gabe did a great job brokering the deal. The purchase process took longer than I felt it needed to however this has been me experience at most dealers. (It took about 7 hrs). Though a recall procedure had to be completed, I would normally have expected the dealer to keep up on these for vehicles in its own inventory. I live in the mountains so I appreciate anything that can be done to expedite the process at the dealer because even as I walk in the front door I've already committed to the six hour process of driving down and back. Gabe was able to secure a firm trade in value for my truck over the phone site unseen and this is what ultimately earned the dealer my business vs. our nearest mountain dealership who wanted to see it in person and was evasive with regard to trade in value range over the phone. Overall I'm pretty pleased with the experience and hope my future visits go smoothly.
