Promises not kept

onIn trading a 2012 Focus lease the dealer told my 24 year old son the only vehicle he could qualify for was a 2014 Focus and it had to be another lease.
They assured him all debt on the 2012 would be eliminated.
He put down $4200 to keep his payments the same. After two months in the 2014 lease Ford Credit billed him $309.00 as still due on the 2012- STH salesman and Finance Mgr promised 3X to handle with Ford Credit.
My son ended up paying $309.00 to Ford Credit to avoid negative credit event- STH's reaction was "oh well"
These folks do not do what they promise and are unethical once they make a deal. When I helped my son get out of this lousy lease by trading the 2014 STH gave the new dealership a hard time obtaining payoff information as if my son was being disloyal.
Their treatment of him was very disrespectful and they had the nerve to tell him he was disrespectful to them
by going to another dealership. I give them a one star rating only because it is the lowest rating available.
