Done But Dissatisfied

onThe Good: the car was repaired.
The Bad: the cost to replace a easily accessible front A/C hose and recharge the system ($600- excessive), the lack of communication (were told we would be contacted about whether the compressor would need to be removed, thus affecting the cost- we were never contacted)
