The Olympics ad reminded me of the car I've always liked and wanted, so I went in to South Bay BMW and spoke to Tracy. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He found the car I wanted and offered an incentive on the new hybrid version. Drove it home after it arrived and could not be happier. Thank you!
