Of the worst of the lot at Stevens Creek, dishonest, disrespectful of the buyer's time, deceptive and non transparent in their pricing. I was called by the sales as he informed he already had a word with his manager on the price I was interested in buying a car for, drove all the way spending almost 3 hours and then ending up not having a deal as they added further pricies on a CERTIFIED USE X3 ...YES YOU HEARD IT RIGHT ON A USED X3. They added additional 1k on top of their offered price on the car and told it's non negotiable. On top of that their used car which was a certified vehicle had worn out tires, when told to get the replaced the manager said they can sell that car to wholesale for a better price. Then why you are selling such cars on retail at all.That inventory failed emissions and still it's a certified one. Sham people managing business.
