IF YOU WERE SMART, you wouldn’t buy a car from these folks.

onFirst of all, I saw a car I wanted to buy, I called, left VM. I got a call back from these people and scheduled an appointment for me to see the car. The day I was “supposed” to see the car, I called to verify appointment time and address and was told it was not ready for viewing. Of course, that upset me. Why in the hell would you list a car and schedule an appointment if it’s not ready?? Hello!
Then I get a call from them on 11/29, to come see it, that it’s available, as a matter of fact the representative called me a few times to make sure I was going to go see it… I said of course! Sure enough I get a call right when I was about to head out to see the car telling me it’s been sold!!! What kind of BS business is that. I never in all my life have dealt with such unprofessionalism, unorganized bunch of people. I’ve bought cars and never dealt with this. Also, Very rude sales manager, needs to take customer service classes. What a headache, these people need to get their crap together.
