Dealership Service Review
I'm not sure if this request is related to my routine service on August 8th or my schedule service on August 13th. The service on the 8th was great. Came in for routine pre-paid maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, etc.). I was expecting it to take 90 minutes but was please that I got out of there in less than an hour. The service on the 13th was scheduled when I was there on the 8th; to have three recall items cured. I was only able to get two of them taken care of as Ford didn't have the parts available for the third item (I was told that it was a relatively new recall and they didn't have the parts available). Seeing as how I only have one vehicle, the one thing I appreciated the most was having the ability to drop my car off Wednesday evening, get a rental car, and not be inconvenienced while without my vehicle.
