Worst service ever!

onService department is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Can’t get a hold of my assigned Service rep. Left multiple voicemails (company and personal phones) and didn’t get a call back. Here’s the catch: “she” says she’s been calling and leaving me messages on my cell phone.
When we get someone on the phone, we get conflicting informations: one says the car is ready and another says the car is “in progress “. Mind you these calls were on the same day. And by the way, the multiple calls that I made were during an almost one month wait without any calls from her as to the status of my car.
I actually had a bad experience with this dealership in the past and shouldn’t have gone there again but this was closer when my car was towed.
If I could give negative ratings, I would. I will never come back to this dealership again for service , ever. I will go to Folsom Hyundai instead.
